5. The Business License should apply for the alteration to the former registration office to get new license, if there are any registration items chandged.
6. The registration office will do an annual check to the business representative during the period from March 1st to June 30th each year.
7.If The Business License is revoked by the registration office, enterprise will not allowed to operation except chear account.
8. The enterprise should return the original copy and duplicate one of the Business License back when applying for the withdrawing of the license.
9. If Business License is lost or broden, enterprise must declare that the former license becomes invalid on the newpaper and magazines appointed by the registration office and apply for new one.
